One car owner, who did not want to be named, said that at the scene of the incident, the attitude of the traffic police handling the case changed subtly before and after the long phone contact with the perpetrator’s mother. And Hu Bin was able to go home that night. The fact that Hu Bin was not investigated for multiple violations before the incident also raises questions.
