"lethal hostage" tells the story of a drug trafficking accident at the border between China and Myanmar. The drug dealer took the girl Xiao An hostage and raised her (played by Wang Luodan). They fell in love and got married. After many years, the drug dealer who wants to wash his hands of it tries to finish the last vote with Wang Luodan under the heavy siege of the police (Zhang Mo), the gang (Yang Kun) and the resentment of Xiao ‘an’s father (Dahong Ni), and he is desperate to survive.
